My name is Dr. Gretchen Lain. I have a Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology (IOP). No matter what industry, the focus is always the same: Put People First My diverse background earned me the label of a *purple unicorn*. I have advised clients on personal and professional development within corporate fortune 500s, nonprofits, state/local/federal government, the intelligence agencies, academia, commercial, and tech industries. Starting GGCAS is my opportunity to support small businesses and individual to grow stronger, create efficiency, engagement, and solutions.

My story...​

I grew up as a small-town, blue collar, undiagnosed ADHD underdog. ​Despite the odds, I hustled, and grew resilient as I pushed past every “no” somehow turning chaos into credentials. ​​My vision is to help people reach their full capacity.
