My name is Dr. Gretchen Lain. I have a Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology (IOP). No matter what industry, the focus is always the same: Put People First. My diverse background earned me the label of a "purple unicorn". I have advised clients on personal and professional development across Fortune 500 corporations, nonprofits, state/local/federal government, intelligence agencies, academia, and the commercial and tech industries. Starting GGCAS is my opportunity to support small businesses and individuals in growing stronger, creating efficiency, engagement, and solutions.

My story...​

I grew up as a small-town, blue-collar, undiagnosed ADHD underdog. ​Despite the odds, I hustled and grew resilient, pushing past every “no” and somehow turning chaos into credentials. ​​My vision is to help people reach their full capacity.
