Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Terms Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled session may be rebooked at no cost. Cancellations or reschedules made within 12 hours of the session will incur a fee equal to 50% of the session cost. Cancellations, reschedules, or failure to attend within 1 hour of the scheduled session will result in a charge of the full session fee. All cancellation fees are due immediately and must be settled before future sessions are scheduled. Intellectual Property & Ownership of Deliverables All templates, training materials, and deliverables created by GGCAS remain GGCAS intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a license to use materials for internal purposes. Deliverables created specifically for the Client (e.g., reports, recommendations, training outlines) become the property of the Client upon full payment. Pre-existing or proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and templates remain the intellectual property of GGCAS. Grant of Rights Clients receive a limited license to use GGCAS materials (templates, guides, tools) for internal or personal use only. Materials may not be reproduced, resold, or shared outside the organization without written permission. All intellectual property remains the property of GGCAS.
