Don't be too busy for your well-being!

I used to wear “busy” like a badge of honor. I had a packed calendar, was in constant motion, and always productive on paper.
Then one day, I started blacking out and had to rearrange my life because of chronic back pain and being told that if I didn’t make some immediate changes, I would be wheelchair bound by age 40. Through the years my back issues have forced me to slow down in ways my schedule never would. I realized the truth, the hard way: Busy isn’t productivity, its unmanaged demand, and my health was paying the price.
Healing my back required more than rest; it required changing how I managed my time, energy, health, and expectations. That experience reshaped how I think about productivity and health and it’s why I wrote my new workbook, Busy Isn’t a Personality to share my lessons learned with you!
This is the year to stop rushing, taking on extra, unnecessary demands, and start building systems that support your body and your life.
Grab the workbook and launch your health journey alongside me, because real productivity should make you healthier, not hurt you.
The workbook can be found under the About GGCAS>Publications on my website or at https://a.co/d/ccJLfqs
