Reframing Your Identity: How Awareness Elevates Communication

Most communication issues aren’t about what we say. They’re about who we believe we are when we say it.

That identity drives how we show up in relationships, how we lead, and how quickly we burn out.

When awareness is low, we react. When awareness is practiced, we respond.
